Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) has extended for two years to December 3, 2024, the exercise deadline of 2,612,500 Share Purchase Warrants, each of which is exercisable at $0.30 to purchase one share of the Company.
The Warrants were originally issued in December, 2020, with a December 3, 2022, expiry date.
The extension of the term of the Warrants is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
