Earthworks issues share purchase options and amends terms of existing options
Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”), effective July 5, 2019, granted share purchase options to various Directors, Officers and providers of services to the Company as to a total of 1,510,000 shares. The options will be exercisable at $0.10 per share until June 30, 2022.
Option Agreements previously granted, exercisable at various prices between $0.15 and $0.25 per share, on or before various dates, as to a total of 4,440,000 shares have been amended so that all of the said existing options will now be exercisable at $0.10 per share on or before June 30, 2022.
The new options and existing amended options totaling 5,950,000 shares are 7.91% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares.
