Earthworks proposes extension of warrant expiry dates
Earthworks Industries Inc. has proposed the extension of the exercise expiry dates of 1,519,000 outstanding share purchase warrants from their existing expiry dates to December 31, 2018. Details of the warrants are:
1,419,000 with existing expiry date of Aug. 15, 2018 at exercise price of $0.20
100,000 with existing expiry date of Aug. 31, 2018 at exercise price of $0.20
The proposed extensions are subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
