Earthworks Industries Inc. has proposed the extension of the exercise expiry dates of 650,000 outstanding share purchase warrants from their existing expiry date to May 31, 2019. Details of the warrants are:
650,000 with existing expiry date of Dec. 15, 2018 at exercise price of $0.20 per share
The proposed extension is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
