Earthworks lndustries lnc. proposes the extension of the exercise expiry dates of 8,698,800 outstanding share purchase warrants from their existing expiry dates of December 31, 2018, to May 31, 2019. The extensions are separate from the extension to May 31, 2019, of 650,000 warrants earlier announced by Earthworks.
The proposed extensions are subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
