Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) received a response letter from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the federal Site-Specific Flexibility Requests (SSFR’s) that were submitted on April 24, 2020, to the EPA by the Kletsel Environmental Regulatory Agency (KERA) which was previously named Wintun Environmental Protection Agency. The SSFR’s were submitted to KERA for its review by Company’s subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management Inc. (CIWM), on December 23, 2019.
The EPA letter details some additional requirements. The Company’s U.S. consultants have advised that they do not see any significant difficulties in responding to the new requirements.
