Earthworks Industries Inc. announced in its news release dated March 29, 2018, the signing of an Amendment Agreement with North Bay Corporation which provided that the Company would settle a debt outstanding of $125,000 (U.S). Having received acceptance of the Amendment from the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company has now issued 921,500 shares to North Bay Corporation and the $125,000 (U.S) debt has been extinguished.
