3,600,000 Earthworks warrants exercised

Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to announce that the holders of 3,600,000 share purchase warrants have exercised them, representing 85% that were available to exercise. As the Warrants were exercisable at $0.10 per share, the Company has received proceeds of $360,000.
