Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) in a release dated October 20, 2020, announced its offering of 2,500,000 Units at $0.20 per Unit to raise $500,000. The Company has closed a first tranche of 837,500 Units for which it has received gross proceeds of $167,500.
Agreements for the purchase of the remaining 1,662,500 Units have been signed and are being submitted to the TSX Venture Exchange. They are subject to acceptance by the Exchange.
