Earthworks confirms payment to North Bay

Earthworks Industries Inc. in a release dated April 20, 2017, set out details of a further Amendment to the Settlement Agreement with North Bay Corporation. The Amendment was dependent upon Earthworks making a payment of US$200,000 to North Bay. Earthworks made the required payment and the amended terms described in the April 20, 2017 release are now effective.
