Earthworks Industries Inc. has proposed the extension of the exercise expiry dates of 100,000 outstanding share purchase warrants from December 1, 2017, to August 31, 2018. Each warrant entitles the purchase of one additional voting common share of Earthworks for $0.20 per share.
The extension proposal is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
