Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”), is pleased to report that 1,100,000 share purchase warrants issued in January 2020 have been exercised in full and the Company has issued 1,100,000 shares. As the exercise price was $0.15 per share the Company has received proceeds of $165,000.
A previously issued share purchase option was exercised to purchase 100,000 shares at $0.10 per share.
