(the “Company”) announces that TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the exercise deadline of 2.3 million outstanding share purchase warrants from September 21, 2024, until September 21, 2025. Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one share in the capital of the Company for $0.30.
