(the “Company”) reports that TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the exercise deadline of 2,612,500 outstanding share purchase warrants from December 3, 2024, until December 3, 2025. Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one share in the capital of the Company for $0.30.
