Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to report that Mr. Richard Powell has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company’s U.S. subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management Inc. Mr. Powell, who was appointed to the Company’s Board last year, will also be the Project Manager for Cortina’s integrated waste handling project in California, reflecting his increasing role with its development.
