Earthworks extends warrant expiry dates
Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) has extended the exercise expiry date of 8,698,800 outstanding share purchase warrants from their previous expiry date of Dec. 31, 2018, to May 31, 2019. Details of the warrants are:
929,800 at exercise price of $0.25 per share
6,250,000 at exercise price of $0.21 per share
1,519,000 at exercise price of $0.20 per share
The proposed extension of the exercise dates was announced in the Company’s news release dated Dec. 24, 2018. The extensions have been accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
